    - Our Story

  • I had just come out of the mall after closing and jumped into my vehicle to get out of the rain. The night was dark, so when I turned on the lights, I noticed a young woman struggling to deal with a flat tire. Several cars had passed by without anyone offering assistance. With my wife beside me, we pulled up to her and asked if we could help. It was clear she was struggling as she received instructions from her husband, who was on the phone. We got out of the car, got the flat tire off and put the spare on in a matter of minutes. The fear and anxiety lifted off this individual, and her husband was very thankful for the help. It only took a few minutes in the dark and rain to help someone out in their distress. I'm glad we took that time to help.

  • I went to visit someone who had been in an accident. I gave a donation to help with gas for medical appointments to a hospital in Toronto.
